I am a CPA looking to take over an accounting/tax practice in the Los Angeles area. I currently have an office in the Los Angeles area, however our office has capacity to expand and take on additional work. I’m looking for a current business owner who is looking to retire soon or exit the business and wants to ensure clients are handed off to a responsible, qualified and trustworthy individual.

I’m also open to partnering with a current CPA who may retire soon and is overloaded with work. This route can ensure a smooth transition and maximize client retention. I'm ideally looking for a creative structure that can be a win-win for both sides.
