Interim Management Accountant / Part-time

Central Bristol | 3-4 days per week | Hybrid | Hourly/Daily Rate

We're looking for a part-time hands-on Management Accountant / Assistant Finance Manager for an interim role in Central Bristol.

You'll be a genuine doer, equally comfortable with transactional finance and management accounts. Expert Xero and strong Excel skills are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Monthly management accounts and month-end close
• AP, POs, bank reconciliations and journals
• Accruals, prepayments and balance-sheet reconciliations
• Budgets, forecasts and cash-flow forecasting
• VAT returns and routine compliance
• Clear financial reporting to senior leadership

About you

• Strong end-to-end management accounting experience
• Expert Xero and very strong Excel
• Part-qualified, qualified or QBE
• Calm, pragmatic and hands-on
• Interim/contract experience helpful
