We’re hiring a Tax Manager who’s ready to step into a highimpact role, help shape our tax practice, and develop into a longterm successor within our leadership team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and grow our tax practice alongside firm partners, taking ownership of client relationships and engagement strategy.
- Guide and develop team members through coaching, feedback, and smart, efficient workflows.
- Bring strong technical expertise across individual, partnership, passthrough, and corporate tax planning.
- Manage engagements endtoend, ensuring clients receive accurate, highquality work and proactive advisory support.
- Identify tax issues, anticipate client needs, and deliver thoughtful solutions.
- Build trust with clients by understanding their business and advising on tax strategy and planning.
- Leverage technology and AIdriven tools to work smarter, not harder.
- Train junior staff and help shape the future of our tax function.
- International tax experience is highly valued.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of tax experience.
- CPA or active CPA candidacy.
- Strong technical tax knowledge across corporate, partnership, and individual returns.
- Experience managing multiple engagements and leading teams.
- A proactive, ownershipdriven mindset with integrity, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit.
- International tax experience and Japanese fluency are a plus.
