Job duties of this Role:

• Partner with clients to identify business challenges and develop effective digital solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional on/offshore teams to deliver solutions that align with business objectives
• Analyze and assess functional impacts across front-to-back applications
• Conduct requirement analysis to uncover opportunities for business value creation
• Design and document new business processes and system enhancements
• Support the development of project plans, timelines, and business assessments
• Participate in testing and deployment activities, and design and deliver user training sessions to ensure successful adoption

QualificationsCome JOIN US if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation projects
• Consulting or vendor experience is an advantage
• Strong background or project experience in insurance operations (e.g., Claims, Underwriting, Policy Servicing, New Business, etc.)
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and digital application workflows
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Agile certification preferred (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PSM I/II)
• Two positions available - candidates with less experience may be considered for junior roles (Business Analyst / Functional Consultant)
