Requirements

-Must be a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in good standing
-Quiet and professional demeanor suitable for a shared office environment
-Maintains client confidentiality and professional ethics at all times
-Business hours generally align with standard office hours (Monday–Friday)
-Keeps office space clean, organized, and presentable
-No loud phone calls, heavy client traffic, or disruptive activity
-Responsible for their own client meetings, communications, and equipment

-Access to a large conference room on the same floor as the office

-Must carry professional liability insurance and comply with building policies
-Prefer a longer-term lease (12 months minimum)

-$950/month for rent

-$60-140/hour for any possible work, if interested in part-time work
