A leading international hospitality group is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support its multi-site operations across Australia, New Zealand and Fiji. This organisation is known for its strong service culture, commitment to excellence, and highly collaborative finance environment.
Your New Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will lead a geographically dispersed accounting team and ensure the integrity of financial controls, reporting, and compliance across the business. You will partner closely with senior finance stakeholders, operational leaders, and external auditors. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the full audit cycle and external auditor relationships
• Overseeing taxation compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Reviewing and reconciling balance sheet accounts monthly
• Coordinating annual and half-year financial reporting and ASIC submissions
• Maintaining strong intercompany reconciliation processes and financial control frameworks
• Leading and developing a high-performing finance team

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Degree qualified with CA/CPA
• Proven leadership capability with experience mentoring and developing accounting teams
• Strong technical accounting and IFRS reporting skills
• Solid taxation knowledge across multi-currency, multi-nation environments
• High attention to detail and ability to meet strict monthly reporting deadlines
• Hospitality/resort industry experience (highly regarded)
