Job description:

• Support day-to-day PMO operations, acting as a single source of truth for plans, status, risks, and dependencies
• Maintain integrated programme planning and support dependency, risk, and issue management
• Prepare high-quality governance, reporting, and decision materials for senior stakeholders
• Support financial tracking, forecasting, and benefits monitoring in collaboration with Finance
• Work closely with workstream leads, providing delivery support and constructive challenge

About the customer:

We're looking for an experienced PMO Manager to support a large-scale AI transformation programme within the Insurance / Reinsurance sector.

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in PMO, programme, or project management within large transformation initiatives
• Strong hands-on delivery mindset with excellent PowerPoint and reporting skills
• Solid knowledge of project and programme management methodologies
• Confident stakeholder manager, pragmatic, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-evolving environment
