Your new role
You will play a key role in providing accurate financial reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing monthly management reports, budgets, and forecasts

Conducting variance analysis and providing insights to stakeholders

Assisting with financial modelling and business performance reviews

Supporting the month-end process and ensuring compliance with accounting standards

Partnering with operational teams to drive cost efficiencies and profitability

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:

CA/CPA qualification (or working towards)

Strong experience in management accounting, ideally within a complex or multi-entity environment

Advanced Excel skills and exposure to ERP systems

Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders

A proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
