Management Accountant - £45,000

Are you a commercially minded Management Accountant looking to join a fast paced, ambitious business? This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the month-end process, deliver insightful analysis, and play a key role in driving business performance as the company continues to scale.

The Role:
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you'll be responsible for producing accurate and timely management accounts, improving financial processes, and providing analysis to support strategic decision making. This is a hands on, varied role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and board pack
• Balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
• Overseeing accruals, prepayments, and journals
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Working with department heads to track performance against KPIs
• Cash flow reporting and analysis
• Assisting with year-end and audit preparation
• Driving process improvements and automation across finance

About You:

• Part-qualified or fully qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA)
• Experience within eCommerce, retail, or a product-based business preferred
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Confident communicator able to partner with non-finance teams
• Proactive and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail
