Your New Role

We are seeking adetail-oriented Bookkeeper to join the finance team. You'll play a key role inmanaging day-to-day accounting functions, including:

Billing and end-of-month reporting

Accounts receivable and debtor control

Trust accounting and reconciliations

EFT payments and investment tracking

Payroll and compliance reporting (BAS, Payroll Tax, Superannuation)

Maintaining QLS trust account compliance

General bookkeeping and financial reporting

What You'll Need toSucceed

Minimum 3+ years' experience in accounts administration or bookkeeping

Legal industry experience is a plus but not essential

Familiarity with QLS trust regulations and audits is advantageous

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite

A team player with a positive attitude and commitment to a fun, professional workplace
